A really nice session that does exactly what the description promised.
I especially loved:
– The positive femdom encouragement to stay healthy and motivated
– The various different motivations for working out mentioned, so you can focus on the ones that ring the most true for you personally
– That the exercise loop was both easy that you can do it when out of shape, at home and with no need for equipment or lots of space and that it still got me nice and warmed up feeling like I’m actually getting a workout.
I hope this becomes a series with perhaps:
– Additional exercise loops with different exercises for variety
– Additional d/s kinds of motivation to push yourself. I imagine it could be quite powerful to combine suggestions to exercise with chastity, denial, joi and/or edging.
– Maybe even something like ‘the next 12 days’ for those who complete the first days and would like the next level of challenge?

This is an amazing workout session, this session is perfect motivation to start and continue working out for Mistress and to push your limits to become the best hypnotized submissive to please your Mistress. Of course hypnosis is the best method to motivate hypno lovers as hypnosis plants suggestions deep in your subconscious and becomes addictive to reinforce good habits like working out. This session truly shows that our Mistress Mia wants what’s best for us and cares for all of Her hypno toys. I think that this clip will be complete with a jogging loop or maybe even a weightlifting loop though that would be difficult as everybody has different goals and limits.

This is such a special session; you could be forgiven for questioning how an exercise session could be deeply arousing and filled with themes of submission to Mistress Mia.
I was amazed and delighted at how ‘Shape Up’ pushes so many of my submissive buttons.

A fun and healthy interactive exercise experience. The session preparation is a deep motivator to succeed on your body goals keeping it nice and pretty knowing that what’s inside ourselves, our minds is what keeps us beautiful. Mia as a sexy trainer will entrance you and hypnotize all while doing the exercises as well. Keeping it healthy, fun, playful and erotic. Hopefully this is something we can look forward to in the upcoming week/months with more playful and fun exercise. A walking guide would be just perfect for those who enjoy walks or those who seem to have an interest. Listening to the preparation on my walking sounds like a great idea as well.
