Locktober is around the corner.

And this year, I don’t want you simply counting the days. I want you paying attention to what happens when wanting something doesn’t mean you get to have it. When arousal becomes something you carry around with you, and denial starts to feel purposeful. When pleasing me becomes far more important than that moment of release you’ve been trained to chase.

Because this month, permission matters. Your pleasure. Your restraint. My approval.
